Where are the Groups?

If you’ve read the book and are looking for the “Create Groups” button, you may have noticed that it has mysteriously disappeared. We are very sorry that this change to YouTube happened after we published the book. However, if you are interested in creating Groups for use with your students, you can still do so by following this link: http://www.youtube.com/groups_create. For some reason, YouTube has removed this option from the Account page, but it is still active. If you are interested, you can see other groups by following this link: http://www.youtube.com/group/.

This website has been set up specifically for YouTube in Music Education by Thomas Rudolph and James Frankel; published by Hal Leonard. It is meant to serve as an extension for the book. Additionally, there are links to some of the videos mentioned in the text, as well as lesson plans, a Q&A section to answer any specific questions you might have about issues raised in the books, an FAQ section about copyright issues, and a QuickStart Guide to help you get started creating videos. It is our sincere hope that this site serves as a useful resource and supplement to the book.
